I believe art is something that should be shared. My opinion on "street art" or "graffiti art" varies because it depends on the message/image being displayed. Street art for the most part is beautiful to me and brings life to any building, wall, sidewalk, etc. but some artists can make images that are deemed to be immoral. What is considered moral and immoral varies from person to person, but images that are gory or NSFW should be kept away from communities with children or anyone sensitive to the material. I would consider something vandalism if the image is completely inappropriate. All in all, my opinion on this topic is in the grey area, but leaning towards appreciating it more than deeming it as vandalism.
